Sara Lynn Little, CPA, established the accounting firm when she purchased the Shelby office of McGladrey LLP, formerly known as McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and RSM McGladrey Inc. in 2009. Sara Lynn Little began her accounting career with McGladrey in 1986 after receiving her B.S. and MBA degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She progressed from staff accountant to tax director of the firm before buying the practice.

Associate Lea Lail Gragg, CPA, brings over 20 years of accounting experience to the firm. After working as a data entry clerk with another local CPA firm, Lea graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an accounting major in 1996. Lea joined the general services staff of McGladrey LLP in 1999 but left the firm to join Sara Lynn at her new practice.

Molly Dellinger graduated from North Carolina State University with double majors in Accounting and Business Administration. She also obtained her Masters in Accounting from NC State. After graduation, she worked with a regional accounting firm before joining the practice in 2016.
